Clearer public information. Better-connected systems.

A project, a contract and a payment should not tell three disconnected stories. Trace the records, expose gaps and keep decisions accountable.

Transparency needs relationships, not just files.

Procurement officers, project teams, auditors and citizens often encounter records published by different systems. Without stable identifiers and consistent dates, it is difficult to connect an award to a project or a payment to evidence of execution.

OCDS describes contracting information; OC4IDS connects infrastructure projects with their contracting processes. They are useful technical references. A record matching a schema can still be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading.

An area of investigation. The explorers below are functional research concepts, not commercially available products.

One project. A traceable record.

Move through the lifecycle and inspect the connections.

Make uncertainty visible.

Reconcile before concluding

A mismatch may reflect an update delay, a different reporting period or an error. Preserve the source and ask for an explanation. Do not label a discrepancy as corruption.

Public does not mean unrestricted

Document publication needs a legal basis, redaction rules and accountable access control. Personal details, protected bids and sensitive infrastructure data cannot be exposed simply to complete a timeline.

A report should remain challengeable

Keep document versions, correction history, source dates and review reasons. Automation can flag a missing link; it cannot settle the legitimacy of a public decision.

Built on inspectable references.

These references inform the research direction. They are not partnerships, certifications or evidence of a released Dyzav product.

Start with the decision you need to make.

Dyzav develops its own technology products and builds software, platforms and systems for organizations and people. These research concepts illustrate an approach; the scope of any engagement must be established against the actual problem.
